Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Flockton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic serving patients in Flockton and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511) and operate in full compliance with applicable UK pharmacy legislation and regulations.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over, a resident of the United Kingdom, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain medical conditions, or those taking medications that may interact with prescribed treatments. Our clinical team will assess your suitability as part of the consultation process.
All prescription weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without a completed consultation and prescriber approval.
Our pharmacists and prescribers retain the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any prescription where they determine it is not in the best interests of your health. The clinical decision of our prescribers is final. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information during your consultation. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for that consultation and associated medication.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, carrier delays, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once the parcel has been dispatched.
Medications must be signed for upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for medications that are lost or damaged due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via the details on our website. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
